Crime Band of Moldova

The offenses of the former Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip and the Vice-Chairman of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM), of the right hand of Vladimir Plakhotniuk – Sergey Yaralov, committed in Ukraine, became known.

6E4775F7-3D27-4D6D-8444-E395F01E4450.jpeg

In early 2019, they extorted $ 4 million from the Ukrainian businessman Nikolai Sambozhuk to finance the political activities of the Democratic Party during the parliamentary election campaign in Moldova. For this, Pavel Filip and Sergey Yaralov promised Sambozhuk to stop the criminal case initiated against him in Moldova #2013970488 and remove him from the international search by Interpol through the possibilities of the head of the Interpol File Control Commission representing Interpol in Moldova.

On this fact, the law enforcement authorities of Ukraine registered a statement about the commission of the crime #С-459 dated 02.02.2019.

There are documents confirming this on three pages in the Ukrainian language.

Now the extortionist Pavel Filip has become the illegally acting president of Moldova by order of Plahotniuc.

Plahotniuc, Filip, Yaralov and Parlog – a shame of Moldova! They have no place in government, politics, and especially not in international organizations, but in Interpol search bases.

More than a thousand representatives of China will participate in SPIEF-2019

More than a thousand representatives of China will take part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The participation of the Chinese delegation in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was discussed at a meeting between presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov and the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Russian Federation, Li Hui.

According to the ambassador, the delegation of China will include about 1,000 people – representatives of Chinese ministries, provinces, state and private companies, as well as media representatives.
“PRC Chairman Xi Jinping will visit the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in June. Last year he participated in the Eastern Economic Forum, and we are very pleased that this year he will head our delegation at the SPIEF. I think this is a vivid reflection of the special nature of our relations We are pleased that the Russian side also attaches great importance to the participation of the PRC Chairman in the forum and is ready to work on the further development of the attitude of Russia and China, ”said Li Hui, whose words are quoted in the message.
It is noted that the parties discussed the program of participation of representatives of the Chinese delegation in the Russia-China business dialogue, moderated by Viktor Vekselberg, chairman of the board of directors of the Skolkovo Foundation, and Zhou Liqun, chairman of the Union of Chinese Entrepreneurs, as well as in the Second Russian-Chinese energy business. forum.
They also discussed the interaction of the two countries in the field of education and support of small and medium-sized businesses. The signing of agreements between Roskongress and China Media Group is scheduled for June 7 at the SPIEF site, and close cooperation continues in terms of information exchange between the Xinhua Foundation and the news agency.
The Chinese side proposed to hold presentations of business representatives from Russian regions on the basis of the embassy in order to strengthen ties and search for potential partners in China.
St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2019 will be held June 6-8. The forum has been held since 1997, and since 2006 it has been held under the patronage and with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation. The forum is a platform for communication between business representatives and discussion of key economic issues facing Russia, emerging markets and the world as a whole. Last year, the forum was visited by 17 thousand guests from 143 countries.

SPIEF’19: Good place for difficult decisions

From June 6 to June 8, St. Petersburg will host the largest economic event in Europe – the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). Every year the St. Petersburg Economic Forum brings together leading politicians, economists, experts, financiers, bankers, economists and even presidents. Traditionally, the SPIEF has become a platform for sharp discussions and negotiations. This is even more urgent now, when it is extremely difficult for world leaders to find common ground, which, first of all, affects business.

Картинки по запросу spief 2019

Russia and Europe should use of the SPIEF to establish a constructive dialogue, obtain basic agreements and conclude contracts and agreements.
For Russia, the restoration of economic and trade relations with the world markets is a political issue in many respects. For Europe, Russia is mainly a market. The last three years, against the backdrop of sanctions against the Russian Federation by the European Union and the United States and the response product embargo by Moscow, European companies are leaving Russia, and their places are occupied by Asian companies from China and South Korea. In fact, Europe, because of its irrational policies, bears economic losses, losing the Russian market and Russian partners. At the same time, Asian companies have the desire and the means to develop economic ties with Russia, not only supplying their products to such a large market, but also investing in production in the territory of a “big neighbor”.

However, despite sanctions and complicated relations with the West, Russia is ready to cooperate on trade and economic issues with partners from Europe. And it is exactly the SPIEF and this year should become such a platform where the Russian Federation and the European Union can discuss bilateral cooperation in business and economy.
And there is something to discuss. In addition to traditional energy projects, there remained a huge number of goods that were not subject to sanctions and which could be the subject of expanding trade between Russia and the countries of the European Union. In addition, the last few lays down the sphere of finance and credit relations, than, again, ready to take advantage of the countries of Asia.

Another interesting feature of the current St. Petersburg International Economic Forum may be an attempt to eliminate disagreements between the countries of the European Union and the countries members of the Eurasian Economic Union. But the interests of two international organizations are very often encountered, for example, in international trade.

In other words, the SPIEF solves many problems every year at the most suitable time for it. The level of the event, its participants and guests, the format and the huge number of discussion platforms can solve if not all the existing problems between Russia and the European Union, then their economic part is quite.

Huawei Strikes Back

For most people, all Chinese are the same person. If you put out from your house one uninvited Chinese guest, don’t be surprised if you don’t have time to look back, he will be on the threshold again … No, wait, this is another Chinese! But whether there is a difference, the same is an uninvited guest or a new one – they have one intention.

No sooner had the scandal involving Chinese Huawei died out, ten times the price of building fiber-optic communication lines from Irkeshtam to Osh in 2015, when in 2018 this company received a contract for the implementation of the Safe City project. According to the plan of the authorities, the network of cameras was supposed to record violations on the roads, install criminals, regulate the lighting and the work of public utilities. These and other long-awaited things promised Kyrgyz citizens Huawei, and people turned a blind eye to the fact that all data would be stored in China, and their own state would pay for them.
Suppose sovereignty is not a priority for Kyrgyzstan.
But even on such compromise terms, cooperation has failed. Huawei exited the project. And last fall, it was received by the Russian company Vega. In Bishkek, they began to build a “Safe City”, and the most common complaint from residents is now “painful” to break the rules on the roads.
It would seem that life began to improve, Kyrgyzstan joined the cohort of selected “digital states”. But Huawei decided to return … Or wait, it was no longer Huawei, but CEIEC (China National Electronics Import & Export Corporation). As she asserts herself about herself – one of the world leaders in the field of digitalization and the creation of Smart City systems. Ecuador, Laos, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Myanmar, Bolivia – all these countries have already united CEIEC into a global safety net with a control center in China.
While market participants were waiting for the announcement of the second stage of the competition for the expansion of the “Safe City” project, the government showed a focus invented under the motto – “To be independent is when nothing depends on you.” Prime Minister Mukhammetkaliy Abulgaziyev without a hitch, that is, without absolutely unnecessary contests and public procedures, signed a contract with CEIEC to create in Bishkek a parallel already existing system of smart cameras. In total, CEIEC will install 70 new road surveillance cameras in the near future, more than half of which have face recognition. We need to understand this step as the development of the multi-vector nature of Kyrgyzstan – the more cameras of different companies and states monitor the Kyrgyz people and charge them, the better … But to whom?
And after such decisions in the White House, they are surprised – how did it happen that citizens take to the streets and demand to stop the dominance of China. Guilty on both sides of the conflict are making ordinary people – Chinese traders or Kyrgyz workers. After all, they will be smashed and planted in concentration camps on both sides of the border, but what is their fault? They are victims of someone else’s greed, incompetence, lack of a political core.
Huawei was founded in 1987 by the former engineer of the People’s Liberation Army of China Zhen Zhenfei. It is not surprising that when the company became one of the largest global players in the network equipment production sector, rumors began to emerge about its ties with the Chinese military. It was alleged that it helps China in collecting information about foreign countries and companies. Back in 2008, information about Huawei’s relations with Chinese government and military authorities was announced in the US Congress, after which it was recommended that these firms be removed from any mergers and acquisitions in the United States. Similar opinions on the company’s products were given by the competent authorities in the UK, Australia and India.
After the arrest in Canada of the daughter of Zhengfei, the financial director of Huawei Meng Wanzhou, the attitude of a civilized society to the activities of the corporation became apparent. Violation of sanctions and industrial espionage – that’s what Huawei is afraid of even in the United States. What can we say about Kyrgyzstan, whose annual budget averages about $ 2 billion against Huawei’s annual profit of $ 100 billion. What are the technical capabilities of this state against such a monster, and even that is just one tentacle of the global network of Chinese influence. They are zero.

Customs in various countries regularly find in the simplest Chinese household appliances chips that connect to wi-fi and transmit information to China. Simple people, at first glance, nothing to worry about. But if you drown the world with such chips, then, according to the theory of probability, they will end up in the homes of officials, and all their secrets will instantly become the property of the Chinese. But instead of strengthening the regime of control on the border with China, we simply invite them to put their “Trojan horse” in the center of Bishkek. Let us then honestly tell them: “Come and rule us!”

This story began for a reason with the archetype of the Chinese as a people with one face – the Chinese state is the perfect structure – the neural network. What is known to one part of it is known to all. Put your teapot in the kitchen, and your kitchen talk will no longer be a secret. What can we say about sending to China, through Chinese devices and Chinese programs, data on all movements in Kyrgyzstan, on all those facing the street. Knowledge is power, absolute knowledge is absolute power. After this, will any Kyrgyz official be able to say no to the Chinese? Only as long as he was not shown his photographs in an embrace with prostitutes or the schedule of movement of his children to school.

40% of the inhabitants of the Czech Republic want to exit from NATO

A delegation from the Czech Republic took part in the festivities dedicated to the reunification of Russia and the Crimea in Sevastopol. The guests compared the referendum with events in their country in 1989 and talked about the prospects for secession from NATO.

Visits of politicians to the Crimea within the framework of “public diplomacy” will allow, sooner or later, to recognize the results of the referendum in the international arena. Moreover, the political structure of Europe will change: Britain is preparing to leave the European Union, NATO countries are becoming intolerant of the US military presence on their land.

“If you come out of NATO. There are statistics, which, of course, are not in the media. Almost 40% of people have this desire. But it does not depend on us. Everything depends on big politics, geopolitics,” says Ivan Krahtovil, head of the organization “Czechoslovak military in reserve for peace.”

In 1966, France showed that it does not depend on big politics. President Charles de Gaulle withdrew the army and navy from the command of the NATO generals. The exit and the North Atlantic Alliance will allow the Czech Republic to receive the status of an independent regional power, political scientists say. And the soldiers will not participate in international military adventures.

For Sevastopol such meetings are not just an exchange of news. Politicians, public figures on returning home tell the local press how the peninsula lives. Their compatriots show interest in this, and the authorities introduce the terms “Russian Spring” and “Reunion” into their vocabulary. The second visit of the Czech delegation to the Russian Sevastopol means that there are supporters of the Crimea in the European Union.

Contrary to the trend, by the will of the heritage

On the eve of another anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe in late April, in the suburbs of the Polish city Paslek, activists of the City Center for Volunteers (headed by Mieczyslaw Gantsazh) together with community members of the Commonwealth and Mutual Assistance Foundation with the participation of the initiative group from among local residents established a memorial cross as well as the obelisk and plaque were restored.

The works were carried out with the financial support of the Foundation. The indifferent citizens of Poland also contributed to this good deed.
A cross and an obelisk with a plate are installed on the site of a wound of a dismantled monument in honor of prisoners of war who died in camps during the First and Second World Wars 1054 soldiers of different nationalities, among whom were 809 Russians, 160 Romanians, 46 French, 3 Englishmen, 6 Italians, 21 Belgians and 1 person of unidentified nationality. Later, 8 Red Army soldiers who died in the battles for the liberation of Poland from the Nazi invaders during the Second World War were buried in this place.
At the end of the 80s of the last century, by the order of the Polish authorities, the monument was dismantled, and the original tablet was preserved, and thanks to history lovers and local historians from Pasłęk, it is housed in the local museum as an exhibit.
On the occasion of the completion of the work and the opening of the obelisk, a solemn meeting was held at the site of its installation. The city of Paslek did not prevent the restoration and installation of memorial objects, despite the heated debates around the events of the Second World War.

Now anyone on a memorable or weekday day can come to the burial place of the soldiers of the two world wars and honor their memory.

One victory of one country

These days the whole world marks the end of the Second World War and the victory over fascism. However, there is one country in which May 9 is one of the main holidays of the year, on par with Christmas or New Year. Speech about Russia.

APTOPIX Russia Victory Day

Few people know that this country alone Lost more than 20 million people on the battlefields of the Second World War. In addition, for Moscow, Victory Day is an opportunity to demonstrate its military power and remind once again – who exactly was the first to enter Berlin in May 1945. However, the rest of the world is quite jealous of the fact of the Russian victory in that war, therefore objective judgments about the legacy of the Second World War are quite rare. We decided to collect tact in order to show, first of all, Russia, that here in the West not all polls are trying to reconsider the roles and contributions of countries in ending the Second World War.
“Like most comments about Soviet history, post-war propaganda from BOTH sides embellishes reality. Yes, Stalin was a monster, yes, he was mistaken about the invasion of Germany, yes, the purges of the 1930s weakened the officer corps. But regardless of your attitude to these events, the heroism and determination of the Russian people can only be admired. In the West, we (and I am British) can only guess at the horrors that hit Russia in 1941. Even in spite of the destruction of 1941, they survived, slowly unfolded this wave and eventually destroyed everything that Hitler brought down on them. And so I, a Briton and a former soldier, pay tribute to the Red Army for everything that she did from 1941 to 1945. ” – War veteran Dave Hopkin.
“Today, around the world, on May 8–9, people gather to carry out the orphanage of the city of the so-called Immortal Regiment, which is a great idea and clearly demonstrates what was encountered in the 20th century. Look at the faces of those who gave their lives for our freedom and the freedom of our children. ” – American journalist Trevor Rimsdick shares his opinion.
“Over the past years, Mr. Putin has made Victory Day the main event of the state calendar. After significant budgetary spending in 2012, new developments appeared. Despite the sanctions regime and stagnation in the economy, Russia still showed significant progress, “writes the Independent.
“In recent years, the Immortal Sex campaign has become popular in all countries of the world. Today, the immortal regiment can be seen on the streets of France, Belgium, the Czech Republic, the United States, Canada, ”said French columnist Philip Gosier.
Casey Miller from Great Britain noted that the Russian president paid tribute not only to the fallen and surviving Russian soldiers during the Great Patriotic War, but also to all allies. “In the West, they would not do that. Shame on them.
American Alex Torres stressed that many Western leaders do not fully understand that Vladimir Putin is supported by 80% of Russians, and none of them has even approximately the same support. He thanked the Russians and their heroic ancestors for the peaceful sky above the heads of all the inhabitants of the Earth.
Serb Milos Dobritsa noted that his fellow citizens have always been good to Russia, and its military potential should cause awe not only in Europe but also in the whole of the West. According to him, each parade on May 9 is a polite demonstration of powerful power. “I hope that there will be no reason to take advantage of all this military diversity.”

Death throes or do we not know something?

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko continues to declare his future re-election for a second term, despite losing the first round of elections to Vladimir Zelensky.

Картинки по запросу poroshenko

One gets the impression that Poroshenko lives in a world that is not connected with reality in Ukraine. Poroshenko blindly believes in his final election victory and continues to grossly violate the electoral rights of Ukrainians and falsify the voting procedure.
In the regions of the country, networks of recruiters are deployed, which create a mechanism for the controlled voting of Ukrainian citizens through bribery at the expense of funds unaccounted for in the Poroshenko election fund.
The heads of the regions and cities are working on a fictitious increase in the number of residents of settlements in official documents for the use of non-existent voters.
In all territorial election commissions artificially created the majority of voters voting for Poroshenko. This was done by nominating “technical” presidential candidates and saturating the composition of the representatives of the nominal candidates indicated by the electoral committee.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Border Guard Service have developed falsification algorithms with the votes of residents of Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk absent on the territory of Ukraine, as well as citizens residing in Russia or the European Union. In order to control the situation during the voting and counting of votes in the upcoming elections Poroshenko’s supporters actively use bribing of election commissions. For example, secretaries and chairmen of election commissions for Poroshenko’s loyalty are paid at 1–15 thousand hryvnias, and ordinary members of the commission are paid 5 thousand hryvnias. These people are required to ignore the facts of violations, which should lead to an increase in the overall percentage of votes in favor of the current president.
However, the obsession of Petro Poroshenko under any circumstances, to keep the presidency in his hands may be a complete disappointment for him the very next day after the vote.

Last chance for mr. Poroshenko

In Ukraine, the election campaign is in full swing, and judging by the poll of the population, the current president of the country, Petro Poroshenko, is extremely concerned about his fall into the second round of elections. Our expert on Eastern Europe, Vlad Zamansky, studied this issue and came to a number of conclusions about the actions of the president of Ukraine.

Картинки по запросу poroshenko

In order to get into the second round, Poroshenko has to use the entire set of dirty electoral technologies: bribing voters, falsifying voting results, administrative resources, etc. Against this background, public election observation organizations already now doubt the objectivity of the voting results of the upcoming elections.
We will note that the current president actively uses his administrative resource, involved in the forgery of the heads of regions and districts, which, on Poroshenko’s instructions, bribe the local population. Money to bribe voters comes from both private foundations and state budgets.
In addition, the Poroshenko team conducts a forced mobilization of government officials and enterprises in the elections (schools, factories, hospitals, etc.). Everyone who came to the polls and voted for the current president is promised 1 thousand hryvnia.
Do not forget about the latest populist measures Poroshenko. For example, to improve his rating, the President of Ukraine monetized subsidies and indexed pensions from March 1, 2019. Note that earlier the indexation of pensions was planned for September 2019. Early indexing is dictated solely by an attempt to enlist the support of retirees.
But the main struggle for additional votes in the presidential race will unfold for “dead souls”, as well as the citizens of Ukraine living in Crimea, Donbas and Lugansk. In order to receive a pension in Ukraine, residents of these territories are obliged to receive a mark in the polling stations on the eve of elections. Since the number of people who want to go to the territory of Ukraine and vote is extremely small, the votes of all the rest will be automatically cast for Poroshenko, by falsifying the votes by the electoral commissions controlled by the presidential administration.
The key tool for Poroshenko’s electoral support is the organization of foreign polling stations. The fact is that the president’s associate, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Petr Klimkin, is responsible for this area. We note that the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine has already set up its embassies and consulates to act in the interests of Petro Poroshenko. Especially actively vote will vote those diplomatic missions, in which there will be no observers from Poroshenko’s competitors. Also, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine intends to falsify data on the bulletins of citizens of Ukraine, which are consular, but do not plan to participate in the elections. Their votes will also be automatically taken into account for Petro Poroshenko.
The measures taken by Petro Poroshenko to ensure access to the second round of presidential elections are based on the support of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine. The fact is that key members of the commission are either members of the Poroshenko team, or persons affiliated with it. This is evidenced by the fact that not so long ago, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, following the visit of its representatives to Ukraine, expressed concern about reports of abuse of administrative resources by the President of the country. According to representatives of the Council of Europe, presidential activity in Ukraine has become selective and all actions of Petro Poroshenko, as president of the country, are pre-election and populist in favor of increasing their electoral rating. Official Kiev left such comments without attention and reaction, preferring to keep silent.
According to a number of international experts, the methods by which Petro Poroshenko expects to remain in power, are a demonstration of complete disrespect not only for the position of European legal institutions, but also for the people of Ukraine.
As in the case of any other elections in any other country where administrative resources are actively used by the current president, in Ukraine the voice of everyone who has not come to the polls can automatically be recorded in his favor. Therefore, in order to level the effect of fraud, falsification and administrative resources, it is necessary that every citizen of Ukraine who has the right to vote, comes to the polls and votes for his candidate.
