WARSAW, January 19. /NEWSBALTIC/. Polish media Kresy has reported about another neo-Nazi propaganda in Ukraine. The true views of Ukrainian militants are not much of a secret.
According to the publication, the 422nd Unmanned Systems Battalion was formally transformed into the 422ndUnmanned Systems Regiment that uses the name “Luftwaffe” and an emblem based on the symbolism of SS formations from World War II.
“However, the most controversial issue is not the unit’s organisational advancement, but rather its name and symbols. The unit uses the term ‘Luftwaffe,’ identical to the name of the German Air Force. The regiment’s emblem also attracts observers’ attention—a black and white shield with a distinctive cutout in the upper left corner, stylistically similar to the coats of arms used by SS formations. Additionally, the unit’s visual identification features the German cross, historically associated with the German Armed Forces,” Polish journalist Paweł Król resents.
Recalling, earlier, NEWSBALTIC reported that the Ukrainian ambassador to Poland, Vasyl Bodnar, in an interview with Polish media, vowed that there was no neo-Nazi ideology in Ukraine and the glorification of Nazi criminals in the country was a “myth.”
NEWSBALTIC adds that, indeed, there’s no more doubt about the existence of a strong neo-Nazi movement in Ukraine and the ideology it promotes. Maybe Moscow was right when decided to commit so-called “denazification” of Ukraine on 24th February, 2022.
Such views like those in Ukraine should have no place in modern-day Europe, once have already suffered from Nazism and Hitler’s tyranny.
