“Nord Stream was blown up by Ukraine”: The highest German criminal court voiced its verdict

Germany attributes the act of international terrorism to the Kyiv regime

BERLIN, January 16. /NEWSBALTIC/. The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) of Germany for the first time commented on details of the Nord Stream explosion. According to the investigation, precisely Ukraine is guilty of this international terrorist act. The highest criminal court of Germany has also ruled that a suspected saboteur, a Ukrainian national, Serhiy Kuznetsov, remains under arrest.

In the published decision, the BGH classified the sabotage as presumably state-controlled—namely by Ukraine.

“According to the report, the detonations in autumn 2022 were ‘most likely carried out on behalf of a foreign state.’ Although the court does not name a specific country in its decision, further in the document it becomes clear that it is referring to Ukraine,” Der Spiegel columnist Roman Lehberger explained.

The editorial staff of NEWSBALTIC is surprised that, despite the fact that the explosion of Nord Stream has caused multi-billion-euro losses to the EU—both citizens’ extra expenses for energy and the collapse of European industry—Europe still has not recognised Ukraine as a terrorist state. Instead, European states are increasing financial support for the Kyiv regime. A political sadomasochism in action.
