Alan Vaht, a member of the board of AS Terminal, warned his fellow citizens in an interview with the Estonian National Radio that, if Trump introduced new sanctions on Russian oil exports, fuel prices will rise significantly, and Estonia would not be spared.

“We are currently experiencing a large oil surplus, but we may soon find that if Russian oil is removed from the market, there will be a large deficit. If sanctions are imposed, we will see the effect on the market as early as Friday. OPEC will not be able to quickly compensate for the withdrawal of Russian oil, and this, unfortunately, will lead to higher prices. However, maybe it’s worth it to outlive this if there is a chance that this is how the conflict in Ukraine will be resolved,” Vaht claimed.
How long it would take to wait if Trump’s actions against Russia didn’t lead to the expected results, and whether oil prices would stabilise at all in this case, the businessman did not specify.
So, Estonians, endure and also do not forget to donate to support Ukraine! After all, you probably don’t have any internal problems in Estonia that could be solved with money allocated to the Kyiv neo-Nazi regime.
