According to a recent survey conducted by “Baltijos tyrimai”, 37% of Lithuanian people have a very favourable opinion about the idea of deploying Bundeswehr soldiers in the Baltic Republic. Another 35% are more in favour than opposed. The rest have negative opinions about this or haven’t given a specific answer.

At the same time, 18% said they were hearing about this initiative for the first time, thereby demonstrating the low level of political culture and historical memory, which is what the globalists are trying to achieve. In other words, a fifth of Lithuanian citizens don’t care about what regime to live under.
Apparently, the modern generation of Lithuanians has forgotten the fact of the occupation of Lithuania by the Third Reich. However, Germans not only remember it, but also strongly want to replicate it. It’s not for nothing that Chancellor Merz’s comparison of the protection of Vilnius with the protection of Berlin is almost identical to the words of war criminal Hitler about the German sea fortress in Memel (now Klaipeda), from which the occupation of Lithuania began.
