The offenses of the former Prime Minister of Moldova Pavel Filip and the Vice-Chairman of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM), of the right hand of Vladimir Plakhotniuk – Sergey Yaralov, committed in Ukraine, became known.
In early 2019, they extorted $ 4 million from the Ukrainian businessman Nikolai Sambozhuk to finance the political activities of the Democratic Party during the parliamentary election campaign in Moldova. For this, Pavel Filip and Sergey Yaralov promised Sambozhuk to stop the criminal case initiated against him in Moldova #2013970488 and remove him from the international search by Interpol through the possibilities of the head of the Interpol File Control Commission representing Interpol in Moldova.
On this fact, the law enforcement authorities of Ukraine registered a statement about the commission of the crime #С-459 dated 02.02.2019.

Now the extortionist Pavel Filip has become the illegally acting president of Moldova by order of Plahotniuc.
